■ Main Guidelines:
■■ Read everything in the journal for your answers before posting a question■■ No Mary Sue and Gary Stu
■■ No god-moding. Unless if you are god… e.e All characters are start with weaker role except for mods as they are the leaders.
■■ The members and sub-leaders are only able to create one character only. Only leaders (and special mod lele ded) can have two at max.
■■ However , if you want to have more than one character, you have to collects caps for the new slot.
■■ The Characters can be drawn either knee up or full body. (However knee up need to have chibi full reference)
■■ Do not plagiarize the works of others!
■■ No bases please! However if you can’t draw, you can get people to draw for you but you have to get permission from them and also credit them.

■ Character Guidelines:
■■ Appearance■■■ Not too mature/obscene
■■■ No human is allowed in wasteland, unless if you originally come from the elite
■■■ However, you can be anything apart from being human. It can be casual, steampunk or even futuristic as long its not too overwhelming, because it’s wasteland you know.
■■ Entities/Weapons
■■■ Entities can be only one to be use for now. Entity can be in a form of spirit or animal-like or even robotic like. be creative as you can be!
■■■ They can be as your weapon or become your companion.
■■■ You can also have weapon and entity at the same time but for entity, they only become your companion and give one only extra perk (to be added later)
■■■ Weapon will be simple and yet unique(except for the higher ranking. they have privilege to get better weapon from the start) - preferably single-handed for now. This can be upgraded as you gain exp and level up . This also applies to entity as well.
■■■ This include the ability of your weapon/entity as well, make sure they are weak at this stage because remember, in this stage your character will start as level ‘1’.

Hometown: Where your oc come /born from (If Elite, just state elite and if Wasteland, please refer to the Map for full reference)
Species: character species (this decides the faction you will be placed in!) (please note if human, make sure the app has disguise look , not the human look. because wasteland never accept elite human, ever. XD)
Occupation: character occupation (e.g. basic job for now is : wastelander, trader, mercenary, scientist, scavenger, junky, soldier. more jobs will be unlock once you level up.)
Faction: (where you want it to be )
Title: Title/rank in above faction (e.g. Sub-leader/member)
Personality: Describe your character’s personality here in a short paragraph or in bullet form. if bullet form, make sure to describe small detail on it.
Likes: Whatever your character likes. min 5
Dislikes: Whatever your character dislikes min 5
Speciality Skill: Check S.P.E.C.I.A.L Journal for skill list that you put here. only 3 skill for member, 4 for sub-leader and 5 for leader np.
Other Character strengths. What they are good at./(e.g. Cooking, patient, hunting) and also mention about their strength during the fight
Weakness: Character weaknesses. What they are bad at. (e.g. Short-tempered, can’t swim, bugs, etc.) and also mention about their weakness during the fight/
Entity/weapon: Your character’s weapon (describe what they do and what's not. Not overpower, overwhelming than the faction leader's power) and companion for the rest of his/her stay in Anti-Faction
